In the past week I have been asked by a few friends for vegetable side suggestions, particularly my brussels sprout recipe. I thought I would share what I have done in the past along with this tasty sounding alternative in the new Bon Appetit. With so many heavy sides on the thanksgiving table, this Kale and Brussels Sprout Salad might be just what everyone reaches for when loading up their plates.
