Canning

I signed up for a canning class at cooks warehouse. Can’t wait to make jams, relishes and more pickled things.
I got a few basic supplies and attempted my first little pickling/canning adventure.

I had a package of green beans and some dill pickle quick processing mix to which I added fresh garlic and black pepper corns. In the future I think I will make my brine from scratch.

I have gone nuts pickling everything in sight! More to come.
